Okay I've noticed a serious flaw in George Lucas' Star Wars timeline.
Episode 1 is set 30 years before Episode 4. In Episode 1, Obi-Wan Kenobi is probably between 20 and 25, perhaps even younger (I'm not sure if the exact age has been stated.)
Episode 2 is 10 years after Episode 1. Making Obi-Wan between 30 and 35 years old.
Ok in Episode 3 Luke and Leia are babies, probably newborns. And in Episode 4 Luke is 18. Which means Episode 3 must be 18 years before A New Hope, 2 years after Episode 2, making Obi-Wan between 32 and 37.
So that means in Episode 4 Obi-Wan must be between 50 and 55 years old. Yet he has clearly become a hobbled old man. Grand Moff Tarkin says "surely he must be dead by now" and by the way Obi-Wan speaks abut himself, "oh he's not dead... well... not yet" he clearly believes he doesn't have long left.
Now come on, surely 55 isn't time for a Jedi Knight to kick the bucket. From what I gather Jedi's are meant to be able to live longer than an average human.
