This year has been pretty weak in terms of TV spots, eh? There's been like 2 who have been completely different and that's it.

I dont really watch tv most of its all **** and crap just a waste of time. plus I dought the Tv spots will show any footage I havnt already seen.

Just saw the first TV advert (as far as I'm aware) for ROTK on UK TV (ITV1). It's a cut down version of the theatrical trailer, and of course looks great! :D

all i have seen for tv spots in the us is the cut-down theatrical trailer. but had some new gandalf dialogue

Last year on the Thursday before TTT opened they showed that Uber TV Spot "The one with the Ents and Nazgul on their Steeds" during Survivor. Whether or not it happens again this year is anybodys guess, but you can bet your ass I'll be watching survivor on thursday night!

Just saw two air during '24' on FOX.

The first was one I hadn't seen. It had a brand-new scene of Gollum and Frodo. The music was the music that played in FOTR when the Fellowship is grieving Gandalf's fall. Absolutely chilling.

The second one was one I had already seen, basically taken from the trailer. Still great though.

I saw one like last Saturday and it had this shot of Sam that I loved. It showed him in Mt. Doom with this look on his face like he was just about cry.

yeah i just saw that one on comdedy central gollum says we must have the precious, you must give it back! then frodo clutches his chest.
