I love Monty Python. UHF is one of my favorite movies of all time. A true classic. It would be great if Al would do another picture.

Clue is an underrated comedy. I watched it over the weekend and remembered how amusing it was.

Alright, alright, I didn't mean bad movies. I meant cult movies, B-movies. Monty Python films are cult movies. But Super Mario Brothers, you must admit, is a terrible, terrible movie. But I love it. Same with UHF and the other movies on the poll.

Anyone else catch Entertainment Weekly's top 100 Cult Movies or their corresponding 11 Revenge Cult Movies?

Office Space wasn't on the list, but it was upgraded to "cult movie" along with movies like Heathers, Dead-Alive, Evil Dead II, Slap Shot, Faces of Death, Scarface and Repo Man, just as some tidbits to spark a discussion.

this is the stupidest ****in thread ive ever seen - where the **** do u get the nerve to call evil dead, monty python and this is spinal tap bad movies and put them in the same category as super mario bros. these films are not only extremely influential but monty python had some of the most intelligent humour the entertainment world has seen

You should have thought out you're thread title a bit more. We thought you were bad mouthing some of the greatest comedy films so far. Bad and Cult have totally different meanings.

Yeah...Well, it started out as "bad movies" with Super Mario Brothers, and then it turned into Cult Movies and I can't change the title.

Super Mario Bros.- Didn't hold true to game, What's with the no bowser plotline? He wasn't even there, if I didn't know it's name in advance, i wouldn't know it was based on the game. The two guys looked nothing like the real mario bros. It basically sucked.

Other- Limbo, it was anti-climactic. But it's my favorite bad movie because a scene was shot in my neighborhood and i met the lead guy.

Geez folks, lighten up. Even if Droidguy did mean they were bad, which he obviously didn't, he's entitled to his opinion...right?

Bladerunner was a great cult movie, as was The Graduate and 2001: A Space Odyssey. So many others I could think of... :D

Oh, and Clue was awesome! Makes me laugh every time!

Clue is just fun to watch. Wouldn't devote 2 hours to it but it's entertaining in small doses.

It's sad that Clue was a flop. I wish the DVD had an audio commentary or some deleted scenes (you can see a bunch of clips of deleted scenes, as you can with many comedies, in the trailer).
