It's pretty damn long.
I think, Anakin will fight obi-wan (in the presence of Palpy). And at one point Obi-wan's life will be at the mercy of Anakin. And when Anakin doesn't kill Obi, Palpy teaches him not to undermine his will and electrocutes Anakin to the point where his body is completely screwed over, and Annie is near death (unconcious too). At this moment Palpy is still under the name darth sideous, until he removes his hood [gasp moment] and Obi utters the words, "Palpatine!", he answers yes. There's some revealing dialogue between them until finally they fight for a while, then along comes Yoda (or mace) and the two face off against palpy who's wielding two lightsabers. Palpy would be originally amused by the fighting of Yoda and Obi. But then discovers, if the fight goes on too long, he could be bested by obi and yoda, so he makes a clever escape. This should take place on the same planet as the revolt of the clones (Naboo?), so yoda goes to battle and obi takes anakin to a safe station (in space) where he's treated. Anakin is placed in a tube (like Luke at the beginning of Empire strikes back), he then awakes, looks around, uses the force to break the glass tube, he finds a helmet (not the vader helmet) near the tank that's meant for him later, that allows him to breathe properly. He grabs some clothes, escapes (killing some extras with jedi mind powers), while obi waits patiently for the results of Anakin's condition. Obi doesn't find out until its too late and Anakin had taken a ship. Palpy communicates with Anakin (not too unlike what occured between Luke and Vader in the originals) and Anakin's confused mind tells him to return to Palpy, where he has machines create something (that better suits Annie) that allows him to breathe properly (hence, the vader suit). Then Anakin blames Obi-wan rather than palpy for his condition because it is Obi wan's teachings that caused prevented the murder of Obi, of which he was punished, and that's the beef between Obi and Annie. Finally, Yoda has Chewbacca get the Skywalker twins and take them away from the battle, Yoda goes with. Then, Boba fett follows. Then, BAM!!, the death star (unseen), destroys Naboo killing all the jedi (save for obi and Yoda), The line of revolted clones (the new line of clones get new suits), and Padme Amidala. Obi-wan screams, "NOOOOO!" at the sight of Naboo being destroyed (and is in so much shock he doesn't question how) and is in assumption that everyone is dead, and that he is essentially alone). Yoda, Chewbacca, C-3PO, R2-D2, and the skywalker twins, fly away through a space battle between the revolted clones and the good guys (a battle so enormous that no other space battle can compare) but not without a space chase with Boba ensueing. They meneuver gracefully through the swarms of space ships, while avoiding laser fire from essentially every direction. Until finally, losing boba when his ship is damaged (he gets it repaired at Tatooine where he meets Jaba the hutt, and forgets the jedi, assuming all but one dead, and starts off a career running bounties for Jabba. He'd be without money, finds a bounty posted by Jabba to get the money to repair his ship, then finds a career hunting bounties for Jabba (this of course would be a sub-plot that isn't shown in the movie). Yoda takes Leia to a planet (i don't know which), then contacts Obi (who is relieved at least Yoda is alive) who tells Yoda that Luke has an uncle on tatooine. Obi then suggests that both the twins stay at tatooine, but Yoda claims it to be to risky, plus Leia is a potential leader to lead the future rebellion of the empire, and luke would be a potential jedi. Yoda then takes Luke to tatooine, unknowingly avoiding a distracted Boba. Yoda has Chewie take him to the degoba system where he could be away from the reach of Palpy, and develop his skills, if luke didn't become a jedi, and Yoda and Obi would have to finish their battle with the strong Emperor palpatine. Of course in this case, that doesn't happen, and luke does have what it takes to be a jedi. But Obi would have a different job of putting things into order with the surviving good guys. While yoda could go unseen with the presumption of his death, except for Boba, but he's got more important things on his mind. Yoda then lets chewie go wherever he may, since his job is done. Then obi-wan helps restore order by bringing up princess leia, as a leader. Then he goes to tatooine to teach luke the ways of the jedi, by then, Leia is captured by vader. Obi, doesn't get the chance to tell Luke and Leia that they are brother and sister, since he is killed by vader. There, my theory connection of Episode III and A new hope.
