I never played the first two, and I think tekken3 is the best game I ever played. I never got tired of this game.
I've played tekken tag a little, but I still enjoyed the third one.

I hadn't played Tekken on Playstation in long time. I rented 2 I didn't like that one much. The Frist one and Third one are really good. Their making a 5 tekken on PS2. They already got Tekken Tag Tourment for PS2. You should check it out. Its awesome game.

yes, he knows that. we played tekken tag together on ps2. but he still likes tekken3 better.

i like tekken tag above all other tekkens, but i think i would like tekken tag much more if we can use Dr.B in tekken tag. he's awsome!

i heard we can use Dr.B in tekken tag but i haven't figured out how. maybe it's just a rumor.

I never really got into Tekken. During those days at the local "arcade" (as the kids say) I was usually playing either Killer Instinct or the latest rendition of the Street Fighter series.

Tekken owns all fighting games, 4 and Tag are the best ones I've played, and I eagerly await Tekken 5

Dude, Tekken 4 is awesome, a few new characters are in it

Steve Fox: The IVF concieved son of Nina Williams. Unlike his mother, he's a boxer and does not kick.

Christie Montiero: Basically a chick version of Eddy that looks like a whore

Combot: A mechanical Mokujin

Craig Marduk: Vale Tudo ring fighter

Jin: Not a new character obviously, but a new fighting style is his change.

Plus, some new moves for old favs

I love Tekken 1-3, Tag was nice mod for T3 imo, but T4 sucked great one.

Dude, 4 is my fav, mainly because of the change in Jin's fighting style so he isn't like a copy of Kazuya

But all the story involved is awesome

Tekken 3 is the daddy. Tag is a good concept but I never really liked it as much as the regular 3rd one, maybe cos I never got to play it at home, just in arcades. I hate that they don't put much out on PS1 any more.

IMO T4 was the worse, story and fighting really sucked.

Didnt have any fun at all.

Graphics were great, including water etc, but was nothing compared to Virtual Fighter 4.

The whole characters looked somehow too short (Kazuya) and childish.

I really dont know anyone who preferes T4 over T3, because it kicks T4s ass in every aspect (except for PS2 polished graphics, but you can have that on TTag)...

But thats all my opinion.

but I do think Tag offers a greater group fun if you can work out Pair Play mode
