My alternative ending...

This is what i was thinking about. To understand it, you need to have seen the films and Final Flight of Osiris:

We see the sun in the park, glaring at the camera. It looks pretty, and amazing. The music is starting to tense up. It's rumbling strong. You feel it's going to explode.

Then we cut to a new scene. (It's the scene from Final Flight, but re-done.) We see Sati, the little girl, running through the air like the Matrix hackers do. She's running atop of sky-scrapers.

Then she jumps off the edge of one, and it turns into the Final Flight bit. She's swinging through the pipes, but as she goes through them going up and down, Sati ages and gets older and older. She then does on final jump in the air and lands on her knee, just like Final Flight.

Then we see she's a sexy, mature, 25-year old woman. Then it's "The End".

What do you lot think?

This scene will be a bit like the end of Spider-man. It marks the dawn of a new generation.

what about the sun is rising, blah blah blah, then all of the sudden a hand bursts out of the ground and as the soil parts a huge SMITH ("like super shedder") with ripped suit and spikes and everything. And then with his big fist he squashes sati in to the ground, bites the oricles head off and rams his hand in the architects back, then rips his spine and skull out. then it goes into bullet time and we see the architect slowly fall and smith howl at the sky like the predator.......that would be gay! but somehow better!!!

i like my ending better. You could have posted this on my thread, but oh well, i guess the mods allowed it. My ending was much more of an ending because it let you happy with the trilogy and with Neo and Trinity still alive. The ending you described doesn't show anything about the Matrix at all, all it shows is that Sati becomes hot when she grows up.

It actually shows it's continued on, especially if she wears a female version of Neos outfit.
