ROTK Soundtrack

How do I get my hands on the special edition ROTK soundtrack with the CD and DVD combo. I've read there is a special Internet edition with even more features. I bought the TT internet CD, but they have not contacted me this year to order the ROTK soundtrack?

Any ideas?
