Neo is a machine. We we see the vision of neo through neo`s eyes, the
machines are orange in color, smith, a program inside bane`s mind is
represented in orange too , because he is inside bane, but he cannot see
trinity, or the rest of his ship, only bane and the machines

Now get ready to bake your noodles, when the machines pour energy into neo,
a Christian cross sign comes on Neo`s chest and the whole of neo turns
orange, first he is shown has normal human, then he turns completely orange,
then we see a normal persons view of white light coming out of neo, that is
the common perspective, When the machines are taking Neo on a platform, from
a normal perspective he is just lying there, blue tinge and the machine with
tentacles taking him, but when we switch through to neo`s vision, the orange
code view of the same camera angle, neo is orange as well, and so are the
machines.

I don't think so. The orange sight was probably just another part of Neo's "One-ness". And also, if he was a machine, why would he be in the Matrix in the first place?

yes but why did he see as the machines see, the machines were the ONLY ones which were orange. before dying, neo was not orange, but on the platform and when he energy was being poured into him he became orange.. when neo walks into 01 and orange all around him, he was in human form, while orange machines, when the machines were orange plugs 1 second before energy he was in human form but everything else orange

He probably turned orange because they were reloading the Matrix or whatever through him. Also, we have no reason to believe that the machines saw everything as orange. There is no proof of this.

yeah but after he was unplugged he was still orange when the platform was moving away

Perhaps it takes time to wear off. Again, there's no proof that orange is anything to do with the Machines. I belive it's similar to the way Neo sees everything in numbers in the Matrix.

The orange sight was from the Source, where he gets his powers from. After he died, he returned to the Source thus reinserting his code into the machines. So technically he does become just another machine (a code) but he was always a human all the way until his death.

when neo died, and his code was put into the matrix, it reloaded without that green tinge, cause of neos love. his code and/or spirit (which ever you believe) brought love into the matrix for the very first time.

Maybe Neo wasn't dead... Maybe the orange was through Neo's senses.

After all, the Oracle told Sati that expect supposed they would see Neo again, and I doubt she was speaking of a future incarnation of the One.

maybe instead of being a human hes a hybrid

in the first movie we are told, human beings are not born, they are created in fields, maybe due to the real world equation gone wrong there is always a ONE who is a hybrid, machine and human, with the machine code. thats why he can jack into the matrix without logging in, thats why he is the only one from the "humans" who can touch the source, i think its more than his code in the matrix, its more about his design in the real world
