I cant choose they will all be perfectly brilliant, like the entire movie.

Well it probably wont be the voice of Saruman anymore so in order it goes like this
1. ROTK ending and Epilogue, ive been waiting for this for such a long time, it better be really sad and emotional just like the ending of the book
2. Battle of Pellanor and arrival of Aragorn
3. Merry and Eowyn confrontation with WK
4. Black Gate open, Mouth of Sauron and Pippin
5. Mount Doom
5. Cirith Ungol
6. Seige of Gondor
7. Minas Morgul and the whole sequence with Shelob
8. Ride of the Rohirrim
9. pyre of Denethor
10. Faramir charging out or in?
11. Paths of the Death
and hopefully if they film scouring of the shire next year for the extended edition

I cant choose I love them all. But I think the Battle of the Pelennor Fields will be the most amazing thing ever scene on the big screen

I'm gonna love EVERYTHING in the film(well, maybe not that blasted Annie Lennox song....bring back Enya!).

And for christmas I'd also like to see Gildor, Bombadil, The Old Forest and The Barrow Downs! My fav parts of the books that didn't make it in!

I think like after the rotk ee comes out they need to make a dvd thats all the EE's together and blend the end of FOTR to match the begining of TTT prefectly and same with ROTK. And then they should just add like 3 hours of lots of new seens

hahaha... and they can go ahead and throw The Silmarillion and The Hobbit in there too.

Isn't this the 3rd time you've done this poll Glordreen (or was that somebody else?) ;)

Either, this one's a lot more comprehensive with the list.

I have to say though that I'm thinking of changing my mind from the previous polls where I voted Grond braking the Gates leading to the Gandalf/Wiki confrontation. :(

It will now either be the Black Gate Opens or Mount Doom.

I wonder if they will do it in slow motion when the ring falls into the lava. you know to make it more suspenseful

I am looking forward to everything involving Sam, Frodo and Gollum. However, I am scared as to what PJ will do at Mount Doom...taht scene has to play out EXACTLY the same as the books. Not necessarily for my benefit, but if there is a change in that crucial part then the purists (especially the webmaster at christopher lee's official website ;)) will rip the film to shreds. :(

Ah, who cares about them. ;)

I'd consider myself a semi-purist, but some of them I've read comments by are so far removed from all rationality and real life it seems. I doubt anything except 20 hour, line by line reproduction of the book would satisfy some of them. :rolleyes:

Me, too. Enya over Annie ANY DAY! But otherwise, ROTK will be resolutely SPLENDID!
