www.play.com and www.playusa.com is what I use.

I'm in the UK though and play is for R2 and playusa is for R1.

I'm sure other people will know more.

Check out www.dvdpricesearch.com too.

It'll show you the cost including shipping from several sites with cheap prices.

How about a cheap place to buy R1 dvds in the UK?
Besides playusa, cause that's the one I use regularly, and their prices are good, but I'd like to get some REAL bargains!

Try http://www6.cd-wow.com/ that's where I get all my import DVDs from and they're usually cheap. They also have games and CDs

The best place to buy dvds would have to be
www.bestbuy.com or
www.circuitcity.com

I go to best buys store to buy them. But they are the same price online. Just make sure you get them the week they come out. Im not sure, but if it goes past the week it came out the price will be regular price. Just check terminator 3 price then look at price at other sites to see the diff.

This place is usually the cheapest. www.deepdiscountdvd.com Free shipping and no tax. But with anything....Shop around. And NEVER pre-order a movie. You'll pay a minimum of $5 more for it. Purchase it the firstday/week it comes out. Some may think $5 isn't much to save, but it adds up quickly.

Oh, man, Best Buy and Circuit City online both really, really suck. Do some price comparison man, both sites seriously gouge you.

Wow, i've been looking to buy the Godfather DVD box set and saw it there for only $40??? Every where else is like 80, lowest I saw was 60.

How is this possible that it is 40$ cheaper? Have you ran into any troubles when ordering it? Are you in US?

I've used CDWOW countless times. It's a very dependable, friendly staff they've got, and they're also very cheap. I live in Europe, but you might end up having to pay taxes for the DVDs you order from CDWOW, since the DVDs are sent from warehouses in Sweden and in the UK.

Obviously you should shop around (it only takes a few minutes to do so online), but generally speaking...

1. If it's the first week of release, Best Buy or Wal Mart are the places to go; either in person or online.

2. After the first week, I usually go with digitaleyes.net. A lot of people like deepdiscountdvd.com, but I had nothing but problems with them.
