About the same. I've read some in less than one day and others much longer. It just depends on what other things I have to do and whether I enjoy the book.

I'm the same as watakshino, on this point. How long it takes me to read a book depenmds on its length, appeal and what else I've got to do.

Depends on the length, how interesting it is, how crammed together the type is, and what else I have to do.

Slowly, I only read at night and not every night. Not for too logn either.

But if I was to read straight through I could do it pretty quick...obviously

If its a good book, usually 2 or 3 days. But if its a really good book, I usually become obssesive about it and stay up all night to finish it.

Depends on how interesting. It's taking me forever to read Ethan Frome, ony about 100 pages, but I only have about 100 pages left in Mystic River which I started a couple days ago and it has about 400 pages.

Ususally a day, two at the most. I really love to read and can usually finish something I'm interested in quickly. If it's a book I'm being forced to read for class or for a paper, it usually takes me a few days because I put it off.

Hurrrrr, I only get time to read on wednesdays before college and when I take a bath on a wednesday evening. (Can't read in the shower you know! ;) )

If I'm away or on holiday I read alot more but it can take me months to finish a book.

I started reading Pet Cemetary when I was 12 and I picked it up about three quarters of the way through when I was 16 and finished it.

Takes me a while but I can always remember anything I've pre read and where to carry on from. :)

It really depends. I can finish a book about 350 pages long in a few days... but if I'm really into it, I can probably finish it off in a day or two.

I realized that I've been buying a lot of books at a time, and then don't read them, so I've been trying to catch up and finish them.

Depends on how good it is. The Two Towers took me about a month, Return of the King took about 4 days. Most Heinlein I'll finish in about a week.

It will usually take me about three weeks to finish a book since I only read about one to two chapters a day...

Depends on whether i am being forced to read a book or not. When i used to have to read for highschool, i would never finish a book and have to depend on notes and overviews and summaries and things to get it done.

But if i was to read the book of my own free will, and i dont have to do an assignment on it, i can finish it pretty quickly. I finished Harry Potter and the Order of Pheonix (or however it is spelt) in abouth 12 hours. (and it only took me that long because i had to go to work)

If I have nothing to do it usually takes me less than a day. It took me a day to read the last HP book. But If I am reading on a day when I have school and crap it takes me a couple of days.

A day to a couple weeks depending on how long it is, how absorbing it is and how busy I am.

i really don't take long at all, i can read several books in a day depending how long they are. i really love reading and i just sit down sometimes and read and read and read (this can be annoying at times though because i run out of new books to read quite quickly)

It doesn't take me long. I finished the 5th HP book in two days, but that was during the summer and a great book. Books of that sort takes me 2-3 days. Books that are slower usually take me about a week.

it depends how much i like it. sometimes i finish it within a day, and my eyes pretty much get blood shot and everything- and no one can call me to do anything :p.. but otherwise a day or two.
