Honestly, is there a board where a thread dosn't get closed if the moderators don't like it?

And you probably misunderstood the question.

I'm not saying anything about the moderators, but is there a place where they have no control?

i don't know maybe they putt me on probation but if i am i'm gonna sign on again and **** with the site. and i got banned because i made a thread called this is a bad message board. and the funny thing is is that southern called them peckerheads and she didn't get banned. but if i get back in i think i'm either going to think of strange threads or bump some very old threads.
