A senator or govenor's wife said she would probably shoot Britney Spears, because she has been a bad influence on kids. She apologized later, and says she said it as a figure of speech, but it sure didn't sound that way. Britney may not be a good influence on kids, but she has made herself an even worse influence by threatening to shoot somebody.

If your 12 year old is being influenced by a party-in-college-aged adult, then its the parents who should be shot. She's just doing what the rest of us are doing.
