Don't know if this is old news or not, but I just found out that the trailer for "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" will premiere with "Looney Tunes: Back in Action" on November 14th!

That's been rumored for a while.

Has it been confirmed? Where at? There's no mention of it on Warner Bros' site.

I heard that as well, But i've also heard it is now surposed to be at the end of 'the last samuri', so i'm not too sure. I think looney toons is a better bet though

That would be quite odd - Last Samurai is rated R. I can't imagine them showing the trailer then. They KNOW, by past experience, that people will go to the movie simply to see the trailer. Kids aren't going to be able to get in there alone.

I totally agree Lost and Dammed although I am in high school. I hate how WB had chosen to show them in idiotic movies such as Pokemon. It really bugs me. Why not in front of Lord of the Rings, its owned by time warner? That is better. Lord of the Rings or the Matrix Rev. which has attracted tons of teens.

don't get me wrong, i'll watch that bugs bunny film, but only when it come on video..... I just don't want to go to a cinema to see a film i'd rather wait to see at a much later date just because of a trailer i really want to see...... and i'll be willing to say that all WB films from then on will show the trailer, after all HP is one of next years BIG films.....

If filming ends at october , why does it come out in June why not December or at least March. Do we have to wait till June that's so long from now , oh well just sad it's not out till June , well later.

Umm, because after filming, they have to do editing, sound, reshooting if some material just didn't come out right, promotion, etc.. It's a long process...

We should be finding out who plays Trelawney soon since her scenes where being filmed at the end. (Where are the spy reports when you need one?)

don't forget they have the special effect for the quiditch match to do, so a June release give's them about 6 months to finalise the effects, sound and music track, it does take more time then many people realise to make a film.......

I think Maggie Smith was given the role of Trelawney or they are going to give that characters lines to her. A double role! She did complain about not having that much to do.

If filming ends this month, How could there still be no Trelawney? I have never heard of a situation of a cast member being announced after filming had completed.

Maybe they chose not to release the actoress' name. There's stil a few unannounced characters......Trelawney, Excutioner, etc.

Agreed. Warwick Davis had two roles in the first movie - Flitwick and the Goblin Bank Teller.

Filming for POA has concluded and the film is now in Post-Production, so I'm guessing that a trailer won't bee too far off, hopefully

I don't think filming is complete. Emma Thompson has just now been announced - no way she's finished her parts, yet.

IMDB says it's in post-production, but is notoriously incorrect these days.

She's only just been announced though, that doesn't mean she wasn't cast ages ago, and her name may have just slipped out by accident................Plus all the cast has mentioned they've finished filming, but you never know!:)

Yeah, I'm sorry. If they intended to have an interview - ie E!- then I guess they havn't finished filming:)

I think its a teaser in front of Looney Tunes, then a full trailer in front of Samurai.

Why would they put the full trailer for HP in front of Samurai, an R-rated movie??? My guess would be if they put up a full trailer before the end of the year (which I doubt they will), it will be in front of "The Return of the King."
