"Childe Roland to the Dark Tower Came"

having said that, i just finished reading the Waste Lands, and found it to be a great book. I have not read the first two in the series but did not feel as if they were a neccesity in order to understand this one. The second half of the book really picks up and makes up for the first half which drags a bit. I really like the character of Blaine the Monorail. I was surprised to see how it ended, and thought it was a great cliff-hanger ending. But have they come out with a fourth installment yet? If so what is it called? I really want to see how it turns out and how/if they get off Blaine. Also, the Tick Tock man looks like he'll play a bigger role in the next book. So is it out yet, or when is it coming out?

The fourth installment has been released for quite some time now and is called 'Wizard and Glass' which I'm sure you'll be able to find or order from any good book retailer.

3/4 of Wizard and Glass sucked......didn't care for the whole background thing. I was more interested in the present story.
