Thought this was really hilarious and I would like to share with you guys.

You know you're living in 2003 when.....

1. You accidentally enter your password on the microwave.

2. You haven't played solitaire with real cards in years.

3. You have a list of 15 phone numbers to reach your family of 3.

4. You e-mail your friend who works at the desk next to you.

5. Your reason for not staying in touch with friends is that they do not have e-mail addresses.

6. When you go home after a long day at work you still answer the phone in a business manner

7. When you make phone calls from home, you accidentally dial "9" to get an outside line.

8. You've sat at the same desk for four years and worked for three different companies.

10. You learn about your lay-off on the 10 o'clock news.

11. Your boss doesn't have the ability to do your job.

12. Contractors outnumber permanent staff and are more likely to get long-service awards.

..... and the real clinchers are...

13. You read this entire list, and kept nodding and smiling.

14. As you read this list, you think about forwarding it to your
"friends".

15. You got this e-mail from a friend that never talks to you any more, except to send you jokes from the net.

16. You are too busy to notice there was no No. 9.

17. You actually scrolled back up to check that there wasn't a No. 9. (Bet you all did this one!?!?!?)

18. Now email the person who sent this to you and tell them you looked for the No. 9.

I can't remember what it was like without the internet. It's weird...

The internet is just one big encyclopedia, and you use it whenever you want to know something anymore.

Remember when you couldn't buy things online? There was no online catelogs or eBay. At the most you had to actually read a paper catelog.

I certainly wasn't as big a movie buff, now that I have all this movie information at the touch of my fingertips.

There was no online gaming. At the most when modems were getting into it, you could play 1 on 1.

If you wanted to know something, the library or your big expensive encyclopedia set was the way to go.

People actually bought music, and the CD's didn't cost nearly as much.

So much more. Think about movie trailers or looking up movie times. School work and whatnot.

I know email is a lot more convenient than sending letters, and it is much easier to keep contact with your buds when they move around with Messenger services.

Im actually making MONEY off of my old junk that would normally of been sold for only a dollar in a garage sale.

Ugh... the future.

I guess not :D I am very oblivious to almost everything though. Like if someone walks into a room and I talk with them for 5 minutes, and then a minute later someone asks me what color shirt they were wearing, I will have no clue.
