But I know it's not in wide release yet... I comepletely agree, though. I looked at the board at the local cinema, and I saw NOTHING I wanted to see...

Open Range is good. SWAT is a good time waster, I guess. FvJ is worth talking and laughing at unfunny moments through. If you have to conserve money though, I'd see Open Range or wait to see Once Upon a Time in Mexico, Matchstick Men, or Underworld.

Odd. I might check out "Underworld" aka "Matrix 3:The horror movie version" since I just read that the "Resident Evil 2" trailer will be attached.

September 12th is gonna suck, they're 2 good movies coming out and I dont know which movie to see. If you wanna watch an action flick, see OUATIM. If you wanna watch a drama, see Matchstick Men. I havent heard any reviews for OUATIM, but MM is getting really good reviews. Ebert and Roeper gave it two thumbs way up and Roeper even called it a masterpiece. But ill probably watch OUATIM and next week ill see Matchstick Men.

Matchstick Men is more of a comedy, but you're right anyways.

I'm probably going to see that this weekend, but if American Splendor arrives it gets top priority since it won't be around for as long.

Ive seen 1 review for OUATIM. it was in Empire magazine and they gave it 3 stars out of 5. make of that what u will. im kinda disappointed.

It better have a shot at being better than the original. I've said this many times before and I'll continue to say it: THE ORIGINAL TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE SUCKED!!!!! I'm sorry but I just despised this movie. It wasn't scary at all. But I pray this one will be better. PLEASE LORD LET IT BE BETTER!!! :)

the original wasn't scary but it sure made me sick watching it.

i liked the original. i wouldn't call it scary but i thought it was creepy. Just like the Freddy, Jason, and Michael movies. They were creepy but not scary.

Why don't you people understand that all the movies out suck?

spiderman_2k
09-06-2003, 06:55 PM
Because we have our own opinions....

Hitman

....and we're entitled to them.

Seraph333

I kinda agree with Tim, in MY OPINION all the movies out right now suck or atleast look like crap. But this upcoming friday were saved:) with "Matchstick Men" and "Once Upon a Time in Mexico"

The Moose

Tim37ninjageniu, i agree. all movies out DO suck. but i accept that some other people out there don't have the same opinion. you are entitled to your own, and i have no problem with that at all

Tim37ninjageniu
09-07-2003, 02:06 PM
No why can't everyone except that I am right? They are wrong to disagree with me. All movies out suck. I am right. Do not argue because you are wrong.

teewee1432
09-07-2003, 03:18 PM
You say you are right and we shouldnt argue with you???......You gotta be joking right, it's no way you are serious.

Not officially, but it'll be advertised as 18 TBC as it's probably going to be 18.

Also, did you know that Scary Movie 3 is aiming for a 12A rating, but with the DVD being 15?

spiderman_2k
09-08-2003, 02:41 PM
I think TCM will be a 15, as its a soft R rated film..plus the fact that most of the deaths happen off screen

jpdill
09-08-2003, 03:12 PM
Um. No. Don't think so.

Freddy vs. Jason was "soft" but it's still 18 in the UK.

TCM is going to be 18. End of story.

Hitman

I hate it when the deaths happen off - scrren. Especially for a movie like TCM. I want to see what's happening dammit!

"The original TCM was wierd" in the words of ceci-chan... and i agree... it was wierd... me and my friend actually made fun of some parts after watching it more than one time... i cant wait until the renewed version comes out on October 17th... i really hope that this is better, though it is based on the account of what happened 30 years ago...
