Alright kiddies here it is. The big one. I've collected the names of over 50 bands to do battle royale for the coveted greatest rock band in history title. So vote away in each battle for who you think is the better band!

All battles were drawn randomly. Sorry if your favorite gets put out early by going up against a heavyweight. Not my choice. Bands were compiled using Blender's greatest albums of all times, and VH1's Greatest Artists of all Time and Greatest Hard Rock Bands of all time. My apologies if your favorite band is Captain and Tinelle and didn't make the least. DEAL with it. My favorite band isn't on the list either so NO *****ing about it. These are the BIG dogs, not the bands that are currently trendy. Each round will take aprx. 24 hours so get your vote in on each one. This is single elimination. Any complaining or whining or biatching about ANYTHING to do with this and I will NOT count your vote for ANY further round.

And, Riddle, I have heard many of Black Sabbath's songs, but I've never been that impressed. They're a solid metal band that surely set many precendents... but so has Radiohead. Then again, I've never had a ton of respect for metal bands. They seem to lack the originality present in bands like Radiohead.
