the only reason why i didnt go to a movie more than 3 times is it costs me so much money (honestly, how can u go and see a movie 8 times in the theatre)

anyway i saw FOTR 3 times. It was either that or vanilla sky at the time. i think i made the right choice.

In my childhood I watched Transformers the Movie countless times...maybe 30 or more. Since it came out on DVD I've seen it thrice.

ur right prices are ridiculous... my cuz gets me in the movies for free sometimes i only paid 4 times for TTT

same with me, i cant remember how many times i saw it but it was a lot.

The other day when my friend got me a copy on dvd, it brought back all the cool memories. And i could still remember some of the lines. Best cartoon movie ever.

Well, there are a handful of films from Studio Ghibli that I regard very highly, but Transformers the Movie holds up really well today, and It certainly does a great service to the television series(which doesn't hold up quite as well).

Of course with FOTR and TT being re-released this December I could see those again.

2 times, once in a big theater and once in a "cheap" theater if I really liked the movie.

I just can't justify spending $8 to see the same movie aditional times. Really good movies I'll buy.

I think the difference with me is that I only paid 3 times out of the those 12 times I mentioned above.

Majority of movies I see, I see free. Unless it's out of town, state, in some other theatre that I wouldn't be able to. Or if I ended up seeing it again in a dollar theatre.

I saw Fellowship of the Ring in Iowa with some relatives once, so I had to pay then.

When I was 6 years old back in 1977 I made my parents take me to see STAR WARS 32 times on the bigscreen.

Also made em take me to RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK 14 times &
.SUPERMAN:THE MOVIE about 12 times

When I worked at a cinema in London I saw DESPERADO, HEAT, FROM DUSK TILL DAWN, DEAD PRESIDENTS, SE7EN, 12 MONKEYS and USUAL SUSPECTS about 70 or 80 times and still enjoy em at home on DVD.

Some more multiple screenings at the cinema for me are:

RESERVOIR DOGS 8 times on the bigscreen

PULP FICTION 6 times

TERMINATOR 6 times

AKIRA about 12 times

BARAKA about 7 times

BLADE RUNNER about 15 times

DARK CITY 5 times

OUT OF SIGHT 7 times

APOCALYPSE NOW about 8 times

Thats a few off the top of my head

Why would I joke about something as serious as my cinematic bliss??

I do admit I have had an unhealthy obsession with celluloid all my life..(Watch 3 or 4 movies a day for the last 25 years). They are my life, if Im not watching them Im writing scripts, storybarding or working as a freelance film journalist so it is making me money now.

I saw The Ring 5 times, just cause I kept going to the movies with people that never saw it, (think that makes sense) same goes for Goldmember.
I saw The Two Towers 4 times because I wanted to lol and I only say Fellowship twice.
