dvd burners dont work!

i just bought a computer with a dvd burner and whenever i try to copy a dvd it says "this dvd is copyright protected"
does anyone know a way i can get it to stop doing that???

As that link may show you, you need to rip the DVD first. ;)

You can't make a direct copy of a DVD. That's why you get the copyright protection..... But that's no big deal, just an extra few minutes of your time...

Ive heard it takes about four hours to copy a dvd using a pc, seems like too much hard work to me.
