Hmmm, maybe in 2008 they'll have some 15 year anniversary edition or somethin (doubt it) but we can always hope eventually..

Is there a cardboard cover that slides over it or is just a regular dvd case?....I'm trying to decide how spiffy it would look along with the awesome features it has.

I do and the dvd is worth it just for the new transfer. The old one was terrible.

Is there a cardboard cover that slides over it or is just a regular dvd case?....I'm trying to decide how spiffy it would look along with the awesome features it has. The features are good right?

Just got done ordering:

- A Beautiful Mind (49 cents, eh, just wanted it)
- the Bourne Identity: Explosive Extended Edition (49 cents, I have the normal version of this, but, it is in fullscreen and I needed an upgrade anyway)
- the Bourne Supremacy (49 cents, didn't have it, wanted the whole Bourne collection thusfar)
- the Chronicles of Riddick: Pitch Black (49 cents, I'm only getting this one because I'm a completist, and I really wanted...)
- the Chronicles of Riddick (49 cents, I really wanted this one)
- the Terminal (49 cents, I liked this movie quite a bit, and for 49 cents "why not?")

For a grand total of $2.94. Boo-yah.

good choice man I have the same DVD too. It's probally the best bootleg of the directors cut of battle royale you can find. The subs are not always perfect at times,but you can still read them and understand the movie

It might be, it might not be. The bootleg and the "Authentic" version are 100% identical. Both are Region 0 and both have the same transfers. So I wouldn't worry about it. :D Hope that helps

Don't let bootleg scare ya. Your not going to get in trouble. A lot of asian films have bootlegs and I have bought some because I really want to see the movie. Ebay is filled with a lot of bootlegs and the seller will never tell you that,but they are bootlegs. Battle royale has many bootlegs and some are good and some are bad. You picked up a good one. I advise anyone who has region 1 and wants to see this movie should check this list out

ok thanks, i thought I had gotten a cheap and crappy one for a sec, but thats good news that its a good, quality bootleg. Its the only copy i saw on there that had good features and such. Thanks for the info ;)
