yeah i love it, possibly my fav movie ever along with Crow and Fight Club.

i bought Gladiator and Troy on dvd. the Gladiator dvd is a vanilla version, means no extras. the Troy dvd is a 2-disc-edition, i think its the same everywhere. it has some cool extras but nothing impressive. i think Petersen was cheaping on us a bit, there are so many cool things he could've put in. i.e. the international trailers, tv spots, the deleted scenes, yes, i've seen many stuff in the trailer i miss in the final version of the movie. hoping for an extended version to come out some day. but its cool to finaly watch Troy in glorious dvd quality! kinda sick of these bootlegs. :P

I enjoyed the 1st season, is the second better? Or equal? Or is it very different from the first?

I started watching Alias in the second half of season 2 so for the latter part of it yes. It's great. Third is very cool also.

I think it is...I own the original version too and the D cut feels alot more fleshed out.

Man the movie sure made me think. He was just so cool and the effects and colors in the movie were great. I'm glad jim carry tryed something a little different, but sadly some people won't like it because it's different

Watching the movie I knew that role was perfect for Jim Carrey. I almost wonder if Charlie Kaufman wrote the movie with Jim Carrey in mind. I think Jim Carrey may get nominated this year, but depending on how strong the performances are in "Oscar machine" movies, Jim Carrey may end up getting lost in the shuffle again.
