Looks good, i heard the last twenty minutes are suppose to be action packed, Ebert and Roper gave it two thumbs up, ill probably watch this next weekend or Seabiscuit, which i havent seen yet.

Ebert and Roeper said the action was a lot more plausible, and realistic compared to BB2, rather than just constant shoot outs and gore and explosians at every turn.

One example was rather than having a big fight on top of a subway car they're trying to get at.... they just stopped it. =P

I saw this yesterday, and thought that this movie was awesome, everyone did a great job with their roles. This movie I swear di not seem like it was 1: 50 minutes, that time just swooped by. But yes the 2nd half of the movie was really action packed. If this movie is #1 for the week it will be colin farrels 4th #1 movie this year. Thats pretty cool.

The trailers they showed were all good it was the first time I saw trailers were every single one was good. They showed.
1- The Texas Chainsaw masscure
2- Cold Creek Mannor (new thriller with sharon stone, and denis Quade)
3- The Last Sameri
4- The Rundown (starring the rock, and sean william scott)
5- Once upon a time in mexico

You know, I enjoyed this movie...except for the ignorant way in which they poked fun at "Mormonism."

You know I am not one of these dudes who can't take a joke, but if you are gonna make fun of something at least get your facts right. First off many Mormons drink soda...and though we recognize it as being somewhat harmful...nobody freaks out about it. Second...ummm members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints do not believe it is a damning sin to eat McDonald's (or even a sin at all)...how lame...

It's good. Colin Ferrel is just damn good. The Script is good.

To compare it to Bad Boys is kinda silly.

It's like.

Would you rather see cool characters run though a drug bust guns a blazing and camera angles twisting. Bad Boys.

Or would you rather see a swat team use tactics with minimal explosions.

I'd prefer the Badboys approach simply because I enjoy summer movies.

I don't know... it will be damn hard to top Bad Boys II for the best action movie. I'm looking forward to seeing S.W.A.T. nontheless, but I just don't see how the action can top BB2.

S.W.A.T. still looks awesome though!

To me, she is a good actress. The woman can act, so I don't really worry about how she looks and she looks great. I have seen all of her work except for Blue Crush.

great movie. i really enjoyed the film alot and thought this was one of colin ferrell's best roles. period.
i recommend it if you're looking for something else to see or rent soon.

I thought it was done really well for an action film. It flowed and kept the pace going full speed and had the right mix of humor to even things out. Farrel and Jackson were awesome in it also

I finally saw this..it was okay. I liked the first half where they introduced everyone...and yes, Michelle is very hot, but they cut out her best line from the trailer, dammit!...it reminded me a bit of Italian Job in that way...but then when the actual plot of the movie started to take shape, it really wasn't resolved well, and I thought the second half was pretty weak. Still, I've seen much worse this summer...like Hollywood Homicide. :)

Me too Kay, I finally saw the film this past Saturday, I like it a lot..... good story, cool characters, it had humor, it was intense, great action.
I actually like Samuel L. Jackson in this film, I don't usually like him in his other films, to me, he always goes over the top with the characters he plays.
