I've read a lot of reviews that people either didn't get the ending, or thought there actually wasn't a proper ending to it. I've just seen it and I have to say it was awesome and very well written. Very clever and keeps you guessing.

Did anyone here have a problem understanding it??

No, I actually found it rather predictable...but that's just me. :)

I thought the "twists" that wound up to the ending disappointed me. I was disappointed finding out that last twist was true. I wanted more for what it was worth.

I already knew before watching it that Al Pacino was the bad guy so it wasn't really a surprise for me, but if I didn't know that I would have been guessing till the very end.

I thought it played all the characters off each other quite well. One minute you're thinking Farrell is all clean, the next you're not sure, then you just KNOW that Layla couldn't really be bad, but you're not sure why, then you find out that they've all been screwed over at least once.

Naw. This movie wasn't hard to follow. It had some good twists in that Pacino made Farrel believe he was the elite CIA recruit. It seemed believable since they made him go so long through that torture training session . The other part that was really cool was when Farrel had the assignment to pick-up a chick at the bar and he got totally scammed by Layla ...didn't see that one coming. Overall, a good movie to rent...entertaining enough.
