yes charlies whores wont make a hundred mil. thank god. no more whores!!!!!
the only people that would even want to see gigli are teens under 17, since that is what j lo's fan base is. this movie had bomb written all over it since it was in post production.

even though charlies angels didnt make 100 million here, the 93 million that it did make here has helped it make over 200 million worldwide, so this movie was hardly a disapointment. Just thought I'd add that in.
Good weekend for american pie, not a bad way for the series to go out, if indeed they are gonna end it with this.

Gigli earned $3.8mil, it might end with around $7mil. I will be shocked if it doesn't go over 50% next weekend.
Although, American Wedding Is Profitable, $34mil is dissapointing as the series follows:
AMERICAN PIE $18 / $101
AMERICAN PIE 2 $45 / $145
AMERICAN WED $34 / $110 (PROJECTED)
it's not a good way to go out for a series.

You never know, it could have a long shelf life, like My Big Fat Greek Wedding.
I doubt it, though.

as long as it does indeed go out with 100 million I dont see why the studio wont be happy, these films dont cost that much to make.

im glad american wedding took first place, it deserves that, i love all the american pie movies, we didnt get american wedding in my town but when it comes i'll be seeing it
thats weird that spy kids is still doing so well and that it already passed the amount it took to make the movie. spy kids 4 will probably be made with 10 bucks and 34 cents
and yesssss gigli, thank God that movie bombed big time, i've had enough of Bennifer Lofleck, burn in movie hell gigli

$17.0 $61.2 They usually fall 50% or more.
+$5.6mil in weekdays $66.8mil
$10.1 $76.9mil Not too bad. Maybe 38-41%.
+$3.1mil in weekdays $80mil
$5.4mil $85.4mil Around 48%
+$1.5 $86.9mil
$2.7mil $89.6mil Around 50%
+$0.8 $90.4mil
$2.3mil $92.7mil A small drop
+$0.6mil $93.3mil
$1.6mil $94.9mil Maybe 32%

I fear this is probably not far from the truth, even though it might have a far better story.

like what i said before, if you dont want to call it a flop then fine. it made CONSIDERABLY less the studio hoped and has sealed the fate of a charlie's whores 3. thats good enough for me.

If there's anything that I've learned since joining these boards, it's that downflow311 loathes Charlies Angels...such passion!!! :)
The aftermath of Gigli...Ben and JLo will split by the end of the year. Ben will re-enter rehab and join the ranks of Robert Downey Jr and Christian Slater as once-been actors struggling to make their way back on top of Hollywood. JLo's ass will double in size as she deals with a bout of depression and Puffy will be back to tap that ass...
