American Wedding> Earned an est. $12.3mil on Friday compared to American Pie 2's $16.2, and that earned $45.1mil, so this might see around $33-37mil for the weekend which makes it a little dissapointment with some predictions over $50mil. It might hold and earned around $110-120mil which makes it a still profitable movie and franchise.

Spy Kids 3D> Earned an estimated $6.3mil on Friday which is a 48% drop-off which is better than expected being a sequel, and having a big first day. With a little boost on Saturday and a little drop on Sunday, This Might earned around $18-20mil For around $69mil total looking for around the original's gross or alittle more with good holds and good weekdays.

Pirates/Carribean> What's there to say? Fell 18% from last friday to $5.6mil, should get around a $17-19mil weekend with a $270-300mil in mind.

Gigli> The flop with Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck grossed $1.5mil on Friday which is below a lot of predictions. It might get around $4mil for the weekend and a $8-9mil total which makes it even more dissapointing with a $55mil budget.

Finding Nemo> It's 10th week, it's still going, as it fell 5% from last friday to $1.2mil. It might earn around $3.7mil for the weekend and might even attack The Two Tower's total when it's run is done.

Seabiscuit> It dropped 20% from last friday despite upping 400 theaters. It earned $5.1mil which might lead to a $16mil weekend, and it might find a total around Road To Perdition's $104mil.

Bad Boys 2> It dropped 46% from last friday to $3.686mil, which is good. On It's 15th day, it hit $100mil which is fantastic. It might find arounda $11mil weekend. On to a $125mil total at the end of it's run.

Tomb Raider II> HUH? It fell 57% from last friday which is less than alot predicted. It earned $3.5mil o Friday which might lead to a $10mil weekend and a 55% drop.

Bend It Like Beckham> Although in 1,002 theaters it only earned $550,000 which might lead to a $2mil weekend. And have it around $28mil. The thing is, after it's out for a lot of weeks like this one, it doesn't matter if it's in a lot of theaters becuase everyody already saw it, the 25 weeks it was out. The same thing happened to Spirited Away. It might find a $33mil total by the end of it's run.

weekend estimates are in. gigli flopped horribly. it will be out on video in october i bet. tomb raider continues to struggle, while spy kids continues to surprise. the 3d gimmick worked unfortunately.
