Daredevil DVD

Um ok I heard about how there were all these deleted scenes for the movie and to my surprise I don't see ONE option for deleted scenes or outakes. Please don't tell me there is going to be a Special Edition release for this.

It actually says that there is a Gag reel on the cover of my DVD but there is nothing there that has anything to do with it. I've even checked loads of Easter Egg sites to see if there was anything that I had to do to find it but there is nothing

As for the deleted scenes, MSJ says they'll be on the R-rated (I hope) Director's Cut, hopefully released this Christmas!

"To view a five minute gag reel go to the extras on disc two in the Film section, choose the Beyond Hell's Kitchen piece and in the menu for that piece move to the enhanced viewing mode button and press left on your remote control. Two crossed weapons will appear and pressing enter will show you the gag reel."

I just checked my Daredevil DVD....I had to go left at the PLAY button, not the enhanced viewing mode one......and watch it before you show it to your kids, there is a lot of "F" words thrown about.

The gag reel is pretty good. The scene with the priest is the best.

I agree, and that's where the most "F" words come in to play. Colin and the peanut lady was funny also.

Yeah, the F words are what makes it so funny, but definetly not for little ears. The peanut lady was hilarious.

There's supposed to put out a Director's Cut, though we probably won't see it until the Elektra spinoff movie comes out. But don't worry. This editions loaded as it is, what more could they put on another release?

Just a quick brag - The UK DVD is extended by default. We have 11 minutes of cut footage added to the movie in our DVD and video. And it's advertised on the covers. What length is Daredevil in the US?

Hate to bust ya bubble, jpdill, but I thought that footage was ALREADY in the US theatrical release - stuff like the sai through Elecktra's hand, that got cut by the censors.

Yeah - you're right. But how come it was cut by censors? The film was still given 15 in cinemas.

Does anyone know when X2 is released on DVD in the UK? I thought it was September 12th as that's the week it's released in the US, but others have said that they're making it so it's like Xmen 1.5, and that involves extra packaging in the UK, so they're going to make it a October release, teaming up with the HULK DVD.

Can anyone clear this up?
