how was the 3d in spy kids

I havn't seen it yet. I heard that the movie wasn't that good, but maybe better than the second. They didn't spend a whole lot on it, and it has a ton of cheesey cinematography and effects.

Also the only thing thats putting me off as of now, is that someone told me that only parts of the film are in 3-D. That you watch it, and it tells you at certain points to put on your 3D glasses, which didn't soudn appealing to me. I'd rather have the whole film be 3D.

they think by producing the movie with a little money and give them profit, and you know what, they are right. they only spent 63 mil to make the movie. They so far in 5 days made 45 mil. Not bad, but don't waste money on this pile of trash

Fanible, most of the film is in 3-D

Heres how it goes. Just after the trailers the screen flashes GLASSES ON. The Studio Logos appear in 3D and so do the opening Credits. Then Floop appears, tells the story of Juni Cortez usig a pop up book and then proceeds to explain the use of the glasses. As this sceen ends he tells you to take the glasses of as "you won't need them for fifteen miuets." when the time comes to put them on they are on for most of the rest of the film (there is a well needed five minuiet break from the glasses then More 3-D)

I heard the 3D wasn't as good as it could've been. Just stay away. This shouldn't be a situation of "oh it's 3D so we have to see it!".

The 3-D should not draw you to the theater. If that is your bag DO NOT See this movie. I saw it because i like the first two. Very Creative (for kids movies, i mean.)

The 3-D was weak. If you've ever been to Disney California and seen the Bugs Life 3D or the Muppets 3D show, this movie didn't even come close to those in terms of delight. I guess it was cool for the kids who'd never seen 3D before.

Don't even bother going for the storyline. I found the first 2 SK movies tolerable because they at least had some funny parts...not a damn things made me laugh during this movie. I heard another one of the parents behind me snoring during the movie...made me jealous.

I brought some kids from the neighbourhood to see this when it was an theatres and they loved it. I found it to be silly, but if I were a kid I know I would have liked it. I thought the 3-D was pretty good. Not the greatest I've seen, and there was room for improvement, but the kids didn't pay attention to that.

It's different when you're older as Stallone wouldn't have left such a negative impact on me :(

i hated the 3rd with a passion. i actually liked the first one, which is weird because i thought i was going to hate it. the 2nd wasn't bad. but the third..... what were they thinking? i haven't seen the lava girl movie, but i am surethey were pretty close....with the lava girl one being better. the third was terrible.
