Not all guys hate those types of movies actually, although it usually helps if they have a bit more humor than A Walk to Remember. It's not even a romantic comedy, its just a sad, sappy romantic film. I'm a girl and I'm not sure if I liked it. I probably enjoyed it just a little (I don't mind the music) but it was so over the top and such a Nicholas Sparks' type of thing I still hated it a little.
