I started to watch this once and stopped it looked so dull, but trying it a second time I was right, it was dull. So Why did I give it a 8 out of 10? The cast is superb, Micheal Sheen, what little time he had, Jeremy Irons, Liam Neeson, David Thewlis, Alexander Siddig, Brenden Gleeson! Most of my favorite guys! And Ed Norton of course, I didnt know it was him, I couldnt place the voice.

Have you ever seen a movie and thought it was bad, but a few years later you see it again and think, "That wasn't as bad as I remember", well..."The Car" ain't one of those films, Almost 30 years since I last saw this thing and it's still a heaping load of crap. A decent cast toatally wasted in this god awful film. How it escaped "Mystery Science Theater 3000" I'll never know. Bad, really bad.
