Maybe I'm just an overgrown child, but I'm really looking forward to Finding Nemo. Monsters Inc was by far one of the best movies I've seen in a long time and I'm sure that Pixar won't let us down.

I never saw any of the Toy Storys (still haven't) but I loved Monster's Inc. It's something that I've been able to share with my 3-year-old nephew (even though I saw it with my 38 year old best friend <G>)....I can get books and DVDs and video games based on Monster's Inc. and pretend they're for him....and of course, I get to read and play them when i go down to visit him. I'll see Finding Nemo, too, I'm sure.

I heard the trailer for the newest Pixar project, The Incredibles will also be premiering before the film....yet another reason to go see Finding Nemo.

The Incredibles looks, from the little that I know about it, absolutely amazing...it's about a family of superheros...could be highly entertaining.

Thanks for posting the cast and the poster btw....looking forward to seeing ellen's performance.

You would be missing out big time....I read a review over at a Diseny Site of someone in their 40's who thouroughly enjoyed the movie and suggested that everyone go...I don't understand why something animated automatically has to be placed as a kids movie- because quite frankly I think that a lot of adults like them too!! and sometimes enjoy them more!

everyone should go to countingdown.com (http://www.countingdown.com/)

they have 2 (yes 2) long (both like 5 minutes) behind-the-scens features of finding nemo
which has like who the characters are who voices them and some cool venere before seen footage (Dory can speak whale:p )

I more look at the movies as Pixar films and not Disney. Pixar has created stories I can enjoy all the way through. Creating characters and sometimes "villians" that I like.

I was getting annoyed by some old Disney films with evil characters that wern't ever funny, just evil. I don't like watching unhappy scenes, and I never understood why Disney (a company making cartoons which are suppose to be for children mainly) would make films with sad or scary parts. Pixar changed that I think, and thankfully Disney has started to make more of their regular cartoons just pure comedy (Emperor's New Groove and Lilo & Stich for example).

Definately has its moments.

yeah i noticed a few of them

1. while they were showing around the dentist office the get to this Toy Box and Buzz right by it

2. while looking through the window at the dentist office a that Pizza Planet truck drove by *from toy story 1 & 2

3. and if you stayed through the credits you see all the characters (that are not humans) swimin around the credits and the lat thing you see is Mike swimming in the water with scuba gear:funny:

adn for the inside jokes i noticed one of them and that was when Dory was talking about her short term memory loss she said something when i first came out i was scared i wouldnt be accepted (and the voicing is Ellen if you didnt know):p

Wow...loved this movie. Def. 4 out of 4 stars here.

Dr. Evil I am with you that I love love love Dory. She was so great.

And that whale talking was just too much and soooooo funny!

I am so glad that I saw it and so glad that it is doing so well. I think it has a chance to take on the Matriz and outgross it for sure after seeing its performance this weekend.

By the way...Here is that pick of boo giving nemo to the monster:

I know one of the art director's at Pixar and the energy, creativity, and zaniness he has translates onto the screen. As long as Pixar keeps employees like him on the payroll, they will continue to come up with movies to remember. If you watch all the extras on the Monsters Inc DVD, you'll get a real good feel for why Pixar rocks!

Out of all the movies I've seen since Reloaded, X2, Italian Job, and Nemo, this was by far the most pleasant suprise. I was laughing so much. I loved Dory and the Turtles. 4 1/2out of 5 stars! I can't wait to get this on DVD. Everything looks so stunning and beautiful. I think Pixar will set a good standard for children/adult comedies. I think everyone of any age would be able to watch this movie and enjoy it.

Finally saw it last night. Another great Pixar film. I can't describe how great it was. So colourful, exciting, humourous. I kept on thinking how much are they going to do these characters? Constant peril. But we have a happy ending. I don't eat fish, and never will. That's what the message in the film is.

Bruce the Shark has to be a nod to JAWS and how Speilberg named the fake shark Bruce after his lawyer.

Well, a shark's brain is 75% devoted to smell, so they aren't really that smart. That's why they attack people, mistaking them for prey.

Finding Nemo is the ONLY Pixar/Disney Film that I think should have a sequel.

I disagree.

Another Toy Story film would be great, they just need another plot to put the toys in peril. Bug's Life sequel could be done and Monsters Inc. already had a short film so they could pull off another film.

Finding Nemo is such a great film but what happens in the sequel? I don't how see what else they could do. They learned their lessons, made friends etc. If Marlin was captured and Nemo had to go look then its just... I don't know They probably could write one but it would be like The Lion King II.

i actually thought about this
and this was my little idea (probally not very good)
marlin is no longer over-protected but since he he is not scared of anything he wants to be part of everything nemo is doing and wont leave nemo alone they get into a big fight and then while they argue Dory gets captured ( :( ) and then those two have to learn to work together to save Dory

thats not a very good idea but who cares

but i actually dont want them to make a sequel for this because if i dont like it i would end up hating the first one:(
