Which of the 3 console versions do you think will be the best. I'm going for Xbox, but I want to see what others think. I heard from shiny that the PS2 version will have long loading times.

Yeah... and like most that come out on multiple platforms, the PC version is the best if you have a really good computer.

I'm getting the Gamecube version.

I don't know about that... Some similar stuff was said about Splinter Cell and the load times are about as long as other PS2 games.

I've never been a fan of Xbox. My friends that have both prefer their PS2s (maybe it's what we're most used to, but it's what we like)

i own a ps2, but i've heard the specs on an xbox are better than the ps2, so you might want to try buying the game for the xbox.

From what I've seen, the graphics for Enter the Matrix are nothing to write home about... so if you're buying it for the graphics, then don't bother getting it.


with that in mind... I'd say GC or PS2 would be the way to go because the controls will probably be better.

and if you have a GC, then get it for that, then you won't have to worry about load times at all and the graphics are usually indistinguishable from Xbox.

well i got my copy of enter the matrix early for the pc and i saw on the news board that you can access the file without beating the game - so i was wondering where exactly i can access it, or whicj disc or does it install with the game?

Just got it on X-Box, i havnt had this much fun playing a game since the 1st time I picked up Halo. The graphics are stunning, fighting is amazingly smooth and the cutscenes are great.

I got it just two days ago and i can assure you that it is one crappy game. I have been playing games since i was really young and i think that i am somekind of a master. Therefore, i can assure you that you mustn't take this game.

The game play is the worst thing i have ever seen in a video game! The character is poorly designed and generally everything is bad.

If you are a REALLY big fan of Matrix then buy it..otherwise stay away from it.

PS. the dodge thing is as good as it may look...:(

I would of more enjoyed the gameplay had it been like the controls and movement of Max Payne, but with martial arts fighting as well.

The design, controls and interface arn't the best in this game. Some of the martial arts look fairly good once you do them, but not enough that makes it fantastic compared to others. Its good for the story, but the design could of used some work. Its ok considering the game company isn't terribly big yet as well.

Is it just me or is Ballard (the Roy Jones Jr. lookin black guy) the biggest pain in the arse in the game. He always dies when you need to protect him. Can this guy protect himself for once instead of messin up my game.

I thought the driving levels could've been better but Ballard never really got careless when I was protecting him. I still hated those levels though. The best are the ones at Merovingians place and when you're being chased by The Agents (multiple Smiths included).

Oh man the worst part of the game belongs to playing as Ghost during the Logos flight and you have to shoot down all those Sentinals. It's awful, just awful.

Ill give credit where credit is due and the storming the beach levels in Medal of Honor games have some of the best sound ive ever heard, but you forgot to mention a little known game called Halo when it comes to sound.

i had my doubts on this game before i got it thinking it wouldnt live up to what i was expecting,, oh i love this game. very cool Graphics,The Movie inside the game is awesome,Story Perfect, everything awesome,

i finallty bought this game on tuesday, and i gotta say IT ROCKS!!!!!!!!

this is one of the best games for the GC i have ever played


not only is it a wicked game but it also provides a huge back story for the Matrix revolutions (which will help with some of the confusing aspect of reloaded)

THIS GAME IS SWEET!!
I finally beat this game (I consider myself a decent gamer, but that Agent smith level was kinda hard.) And what a payoff at the end; I heard that the Rev teaser was going to be at the end, but I didn't know it would be slightly different from that at the end of Reloaded (insane Smith laughter and Neo shattering the wall)

Another great feature is the fact that playing the game with the different characters is like playing two different games. I'm now in the process of beating the game with Ghost and have seen the movie clips with Trinity. Overall I'm finding playing with this character more interesting than the Niobe run.

The game is pretty good in my opinion, Although I think they could have done better with cut scenes, not the actual movie parts because that gives another dimension to the film as it shows the "other" parts before certain things happened.


Fight sequences though...rock, I still am not tired of them...

i am playing as ghost, i am almost finished the the sewer portion of hte game.

i have only beaten the easy version for Niobe and now i am working on ghost

and i really like the game i like that you can move in that little bullet time

but that level with all the agent smiths was a BIG pain in the ass mainly because he kept throwing me (over and over and over again) and then i got scared when agent smith broke the walls and stuff

(and i amalso have problems with levels where you have to aim because i am not a good aimer:( )

does anybody know how to beat the twins with ghost in that car chase scene after you leave the mergovonians mansion, any help would be appreciated, no matter how much i shoot them i keep dying.

i don't think they ever die, you just have to survive until you get away

It's just like the chase scene with the Agents as well. You just have to shoot at them so their car stays behind. So no, you can't kill them. Especially since if you did, they wouldn't have that same car when they chase Morpheus in the scene to follow.

game was mondo easy, beaten it on both chars, and completed the hacking...completing the hacking is cool, u can get the trainin multiplayer fightin, and sword.bsk is handy for niobe.

Do you realise you cant blow up there car? Also, I'd be more worried on freeing up the road ahead, blow all of the cars up in the way so niobe can get thru quick, everytime the twins catch up, shot them a bit, and just keep making sure the road ahead is clear...pretty easy this bit...

if ur playing as niobe, its not even a chase scene, its more like a "just drive forward for a couple of mins and ur done" scene.

the problem with my situation is that i bought a new game from Funco Land. The policy there is that you can't return the New Game for a full refund, unless the game is defective. But, for used game, you can get a full refund. The problem that i did was that i bought the new game Enter the Matrix. I'm pissed, but i guess i will just enjoy it. I've gotten so frigging tired of it sticking on me all the time, and the glitches where everyone sounds like an echo, and the time where I did a Focus move with Ghost and his eyeball bulged out of his shades and then popped back in two seconds later. ARGH

Then I read about all the bad reviews it got for graphic glitches and scene sticks...and I thanked God that I had only borrowed it from a friend who is stuck with it for life coz the return policy period is over. lol :D
