Life isn't fair.

That's what makes life fair.

I agree with a lot of those things JB, my ex-gf probably does deserve a big moron. I gave her the two best years of my life, and then I just get dumped off without a warning. I realize that our relationship was sort of falling apart anyways, but, I won't except the notion that it couldn't be fixed. Apparently I was wrong....

hmmmm.... I guess the happiest time in my life was right around the middle of my senior year of college 4 years ago. I was getting ready to graduate, I was in love, I had job offers lined up, I had no real responsibilities yet because I was still in college, I had the opportunity to party every night if I wanted to. It was a beautiful time.

I'm also pretty content with my life at the moment, love is good, work is paying well, but I have these nagging responsibilities ;)

1 - My 16th Birthday:
Mom and Dad took me and my two best friends to Disney World, got us our own hotel room, gave us the hotel charge and told us to go nuts and have a good time. 3-days of doing whatever we wanted rocked!

2- October 2002 Cozumel, Mexico:
Dive trip with a bunch of friends, saw some of the most amazing fish, coral, lobsters, stingrays, sharks and other undersea life imaginable. 6 days, 2 dives each day and then chilling by the pool with all you could drink at the all inclusive resort. TOTALLY AMAZING

New Question -

Whats the best holiday u've been on?

Too tough to pick just one, three come to mind right away; "Rocky Point" or Puerto Penasco, Mexico 2001 - Had so much fun I'm positive it was considered as illegal in most places... :nono: and the next two weren't really vacations per say, was there to 'work' but did manage plenty of down-time
hellagoodtime; Hawaii, Jan-Feb, 2003 - Sounds really cliched and lame but, Maui really was Wowie...especially the bikini-clad reporter and company... and Malta - everyone was totally cool and laid back, without a doubt the most gorgeous geographical place I've ever visited...

Best vacation was in 1992, Cancun. (way back before the kids came along) Mark and I stayed at a 5 star resort. We went snorkeling several times, and played in the ocean like little kids. We'd played team volleyball in the pool for shots. (the girls always got one, win or lose) There was a swim up bar in the hotel pool, and we made good use of that too! At night, we'd go to different clubs to party, my favorite being Senior Frogs. It's where I first learned about jello shots. We'd stay up to the small hours in the morning dancing and partying, and twice, watched the sunrise after spending a romantic night on the beach.

God, this is *so* different from the vacation we just took 3 weeks ago with the whole family at a resort in the Caribbean. We didn't get to go dancing once, and there sure as hell weren't any romantic interludes on the beach. (And I looked damn good in my bathing suit back then too. feh.)

But, the two I have now is my trip to St. Louis back in 1999 (it was for school) and we had a blast..a week up there with my friends just hanging out, taking in the sights, shopping and performing (we won the band contest).

And my trip to Europe (again for school..I went with my AP French class, we'd all taken four years of French with the same teacher) and we went to France and Switzerland. I had a blast and loving seeing the country, the people, the authentic food, the sights..you name it and I loved it, especially since I love speaking French.

pixiness
08-04-2004, 09:02 AM
Hm.... I was almost arrested by the Mexican police and taken to jail.

There were about 7 of us all crammed into this convertible bug, and we'd been drinking, and we were speeding, and we were being generally obnoxious american tourists at 3 am... So we got pulled over. The two mexican cops wanted to take us all to jail since we obviously didn't have mexican driver's licenses and he needed to verify our identity. We all freaked because we had to be on a plane at 8 am and going to mexican jail would mean we'd surely miss our flight (not to mention that the idea of mexican jail didn't sound appealing under any circumstances). So through broken spanish we begged and pleaded for them to let us go with very little luck until finally my friend matt stood up in the car and yelled "DINERO! YO TENGO DINERO!" which translates to "MONEY! I HAVE MONEY!" The cops eyes lit up and matt paid them each $20 and we were gone. Good to know it takes less than $50 for 7 people to all get away with drunk, reckless behavior in Mexico.

i remember when i was doing some four wheel driving with my friends in the rain at this 4x4 track on the holidays. i can remember how my friend was going pretty fast around these slippery hills. We decided to go down this particularly rugid and steep stretch of hill. While doing this we almost rolled the 4wd and then slipped into this huge ditch at the bottom. the car had some damage but it was ****in scary.

also on the holidays, i lost a drinking game to a group of my friends. as a consequence i had to jump into the pool and not get out until i finished whistling the song to the brisbane lions (my football team) theme song (its winter here of course). i was so cold i could barely open my mouth. i just ran straight for the shower after thirty seconds or so. although i didnt get hurt, that temperature could've had dire consequences for mr johnson.

One time I was driving home from a party on my bike and I was completely wasted, my skirt got caught in the wheel and I fell off my bike and landed on the street where a car hit me, but luckily he was going with very little speed, I didn't really feel anything because I was drunk but the next day I had some really nasty bruises all over. Could've been a lot worse though.
